How much does your service cost me?

Our service is completely free for you to use.

If your service is free how would you get paid?

We may get paid a fee or commission by your chosen service providers for sending or referring your request to them.

Do my service providers still charge me a connection fee if I arrange it through Master Connection?

Yes, you will need to pay a connection fee as you would normally pay to your service providers.

Why should I use your service as I usually do this by myself?

Our goal is to save our customers time, money, hassle and stress. By utilizing our services, you would not spend a lot of time making phone calls to each service provider, waiting for the answer, sitting on hold for a while and repeating same information as we can arrange all your home moving needs or switching your service provider in one place.

What types of services can you offer?

We can arrange water, electricity, gas, home phone, internet, Pay TV and source obligation free quotes for service such as removals, insurance, cleaning, storage, solar, security, truck hire, garden, packing, maintenance, finance.

What service providers can you arrange?

Through our partnership with Movinghub we can access plans and offers from a wide range of leading service providers such as AGL, Energy Australia, Lumo, Powershop, Red Energy, Telstra, Optus, Hello Broadband and more.
You can find out available plans, offers, discounts and service providers at your address by using an online application from our website.

How do I get connected?

You can either complete your online application form or request a callback on our website. Our moving expert will call you within 24 hours, or you can call us on (03)87975598 between 8:30 am to 6:30 pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Are you able to help me if I have been living in my house for 15 years?

Yes, Master Connection is not only to make your moving home easier but also help you switch service providers.

Can I change my connection date?

Why does Master Connection ask for personal details such as ID type and date of birth?

We collect your personal information for purposes of arranging your connections as requested by service providers. We do not disclose this without your consent.
